PGS.TS. Phan Thị Minh Phương tốt nghiệp Trường Đại học Y Dược Huế năm 1990. Sau khi tốt nghiệp bà được giữ lại làm giảng viên tại bộ môn Miễn dịch-Sinh lý bệnh. Năm 1999 sang làm bác sĩ nội trú tại bệnh viện Charles-Nicolle, Rouen, Cộng hòa Pháp. Bà nhận học vị Tiến sĩ Y khoa vào năm 2010 tại Đại học Y Hà Nội và học hàm PGS năm 2016.
PGS.TS. Phan Thị Minh Phương nguyên trưởng bộ môn Miễn dịch-Sinh lý bệnh, Trường Đại học Y Dược Huế và hiện là phụ trách Khoa Miễn dịch, phó trưởng khoa Xét nghiệm, Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Huế. Hơn 30 năm giảng dạy và làm việc trong lĩnh vực Miễn dịch, PGS. TS. Phan Thị Minh Phương đã tham gia nhiều hội nghị, hội thảo khoa học trong và ngoài nước; hướng dẫn học viên sau đại học và xuất bản gần 50 bài báo khoa học đăng trên các tạp chí y học, công nghệ sinh học. Bà còn là thành viên của các hội đồng khoa học của Đại học Huế và Trường Đại học Y Dược Huế.

A/Prof. Phan Thi Minh Phuong graduated from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam in 1990. After that she became the lecturer in Dept. of Immunology –Pathophysiology , HUMP. In 1999, she received the scholarship from Charles-Nicolle hospital, Rouen, France to be the residency doctor in this hospital. She was awarded PhD degree in Medicine at the Hanoi Medical University in 2010 and received the position of associate professor in 2016.
A/Prof. Phan Thi Minh Phuong are former head of Dept. Immunology –Pathophysiology, HUMP and at present, are head of Dept. Immunology, vice head of Dept. Laboratory, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. More than 30 years of teaching and working in the field of immunology, she attended numerous national and international scientific conferences and workshops; supervisor of many post graduate students and she have published 50 articles in medical journals, biotechnological journal. She is also the member of many scientific boards of Hue University and HUMP.
